"We are not what has happened to us, we are what we wish to become."

-CARL JUNG

I specialize in seeing young adults that are experiencing challenges related to life transitions, stress, and anxiety. I also work a lot with trauma/trauma symptoms and from a trauma lens.

I help you feel more at ease while discussing and working through the difficulties you are facing at the pace best for you.

I give both coping skills for present day symptoms and insight into root causes and why things are currently the way they are. In our sessions, I also hope to encourage compassion as we are all a work in progress.

I cater sessions to each client using a wide variety of theories and methods, including elements of Client-Centered Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, Strength-Based Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.

Other areas and themes that I work with in my practice, but are not limited to, include:

  • Coping Skills

  • Crisis

  • Dating

  • Depression

  • Empaths

  • Family Conflict

  • Helping Professionals (Therapists, Teachers, etc.)

  • Life Coaching
